We keep a variety of origins and tasting notes available, which include a mix of perennial favorites and new, unusual and seasonal flavors.
The Tale of the Fortunate Goat: According to folklore, a shepherd named Kaldi observed that his goats seemed livelier after consuming the wild berries found near their grazing area. Intrigued, Kaldi tasted the berries and felt a similar sense of joy. Those berries contain the seeds we know as coffee “beans,” which is why we owe our delightful beverage to those fortunate goats.

Flavor Infused: The way we make our flavored coffees is by infusing beans with aromatic oils in order to build a certain flavor. Blends and single origin coffees have flavor notes natural to the beans, whereas flavored coffees have specific flavors added in, which make them a bit more straightforward. If you’re drinking our Southern Pecan coffee, you will explicitly taste the cinnamon, vanilla, and hazelnut flavors. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, flavored coffees are sure to do the trick!
